I am really happy with the main instructors at Perriwinkles. They are very caring and were always very welcoming. Some additional staff that were temporary help or subs I found less attentive and when approached had a 'don't bother me' attitude. The director seemed nice although was never really present at the daycare. I think I have only seen her twice in the past few months. So there never really was a director present to oversee staff I had to always relay messages through instructors. I think having a director onsite is more professional at least a couple days a week. It is hard to voice concerns to staff who have there hands full with a room of 8 infants.
